A ring is more than jewelry. It’s a lasting symbol of love, commitment, and the life you’re building together. That’s why finding the right one should feel personal, meaningful, and truly worth it.
That’s exactly what Wimmer’s Diamonds celebrates each year with its annual Ring & Band Spectacular, now in its fifth year. Happening March 19–24, the event offers special savings across the store from engagement rings and right-hand styles to stackable bands and timeless wedding sets with a focus on helping couples choose his-and-her wedding bands together, thoughtfully, and with real value in mind.

More Savings and More Choices
The Ring & Band Spectacular isn’t part of a constant discount cycle. In fact, Wimmer’s rarely runs promotions. This event is intentionally limited, both in timing and purpose.
It’s the only ring-focused event of the year.
During this five-day window, Wimmer’s dramatically expands its in-store selection, showcasing hundreds of additional men’s and women’s wedding bands, many of which are not available at any other time. This event, held just ahead of peak wedding season, is perfectly timed for couples beginning their wedding planning journey.
More options mean more styles and less pressure. When couples can see, try on, and compare a wide range of bands in one place, the process becomes about discovering what actually feels right.
Savings are part of the draw, too. The Ring & Band Spectacular uses a tiered structure:
- 10% off first ring
- 20% off second ring
- 30% off third ring
The highest-priced ring receives the smallest discount, while additional rings receive deeper savings.
And increasingly, that means buying more than one band.
Why Three Rings Are More Common Than You Think
Traditionally, couples think in terms of two rings—an engagement ring and a wedding band. In reality, most weddings involve three.
There’s the engagement ring, typically purchased months earlier. Then come the wedding bands—one for the bride, and one for the groom. Some brides also choose a second band for stacking, one on each side of the engagement ring or both on the same side.
Shopping Together
Unlike engagement rings—where secrecy and surprise often play a role—wedding bands are usually chosen together.
By the time couples are shopping for bands, the focus has shifted from making a grand gesture to making a long-term decision. Comfort, durability, lifestyle, and personal style all matter. So does budget.
Wimmer’s encourages couples to come in with a general price range in mind and, if possible, inspiration photos. Pinterest boards, TikTok screenshots, and saved images are common starting points—even if what looks good online doesn’t always translate the same way in person.

Did You Know?
Even if you’re not shopping for an engagement ring or wedding bands, you can still enjoy event savings on anniversary bands & fashion rings too!

The VIP Appointment
Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments allow the team at Wimmer’s to give couples the attention they deserve.
When couples schedule ahead, staff can prepare selections in advance, particularly if an engagement ring has a unique shape that limits which bands will fit properly.
That preparation reduces trial-and-error and allows couples to spend more time comparing meaningful options instead of eliminating incompatible ones.
It also ensures dedicated, uninterrupted attention—something many couples appreciate during such a personal decision.
