Shipping policy

Wimmer's Diamonds is pleased to offer free UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders over $350. Orders under $350 will be shipped via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $40. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional charge. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within one business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day. In rare cases, order and payment verification may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for UPS to deliver your package after it leaves our facility. For orders shipped via UPS Ground, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. You can estimate delivery times based on your location using the UPS website: https://www.ups.com/. Overnight shipping typically arrives the next business day after processing.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to security and carrier limitations. 

Signature Required: For your protection, all UPS shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at (701) 282-2606 or wendy@wimmersdiamonds.com.

Altered Items: Please allow 1-2 weeks for alterations such as ring sizing or engraving. We will contact you with an estimated shipping date once the alteration is complete. 

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
