Exchanges and Returns

Items purchased from Wimmer’s may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition with lab certificates intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Returns are processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected by Wimmer's. Any refunds on cash and check purchases will be given in the form of a check. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days. 

• Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

However, we will always do our best to make our customers happy and will do whatever we can to help meet your needs.

Layaways

Items may be put on layaway for up to six months with a minimum deposit of 25%. There must be equal monthly payments made and the item must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. For any month a payment is not received, interest will be charged on the outstanding balance at a monthly rate of 1.5%, with a minimum monthly charge of $5. Layaways canceled after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original deposit and any subsequent payments will not be refunded but may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces may not be subject to layaway cancellation policy.

Trade-ins

We offer trade-ins on our natural diamonds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact one of our sales associates for more information.

Colored Stone Enhancement Disclosure

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Some or all colored gemstones sold at Wimmer’s may have been subject to colored gemstone enhancement process.
